• All items, unless specified in the "Condition" section of the listing, have been previously used. Please read each comment carefully as it will contain details about the item's condition.
• I follow the amazon.com's return policy. If you find your item unsatisfactory, please feel free to use the amazon.com's return feature to return the product to me. Amazon.com will credit your account for the amount of the item. You will have to pay for return shipping.

Shipping Details:

• All items are shipped from College Park, Maryland 20741, United States of America. Students, Facility, and staff of the University of Maryland may qualify for shipping re-embursement. If you do qualify, you will receive a check paidable to the buyer enclosed in the envelope. To find out if you qualify, please contact me (sohmc@cs.umd.edu).
• All items will be shipped via USPS. Books will be shipped via USPS Media mail, which could take 7-10 business days for delivery.
• Consider expedited shipping! If you order before 3 PM EDT and you are ordering a book, your order will ship same day! Otherwise, it will shipped within two business days of your order. Expedited shipping orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
• If you prefer an alternative shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), please contact me at sohmc@cs.umd.edu to arrange the payment for additional shipping costs. You will need a PayPal account.
• Selected items can be shipped internationally. Shipping internationally may take additional time to arrive.
