How it works: The script will receive arguments via cgi GET. It receives the picture location in relation to the picture root. The directory structure of where the picture is served as well as where the comments are located are identical. This is very conveinent so that there's very little work for the script to do. It grabs the picture and grabs the comments and parses, in relation to the script.
